  Mounting - B3, B5, B3B5, B14.
     
  Insulation - Class ‘F’ limited to Class’B’ rise.
     
 

Ambient    - 45 deg C. Motors can also be offered for 50 deg C.

     
  Protection - IP 55 as standard.
     
  Dutry - Motors are offered for S1 Duty, continuous rating. For duties other than S1 please refer to us.
     
  Humidity - Motors are suitable for operating in conditions of relative humidity between 30% to 95% (without condensation).
     
  Altitude – upto 1000M.
     
  CE Marking – All motors are with CE Marking.
     
  Standards – Referred standards are IS:325(Performance), IS:1231(Dimensions of Foot Mounting), IS:2223(Dimensions of flange Mounting), IS:12615(Efficiency), IS:12065(Noise) and IS:12075(Vibration).
 
 
 
  TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
 
 
 

Delphi ATDC Motors use spring pressure brakes firmly spliced onto a cast iron shield fixed on the non drive end of the motor.

     
 

Manual release lever is provided as a standard feature which permits the release of the brake making it possible to rotate shaft.

     
 

PTO thermal protector is provided as a standard feature.

     
 

Brake insulation is Class F.

     
 

The brake lining is asbestos free as per the recent EEC directives pertaining to workplace hygiene and safety.

     
 

The brakes used in brake motors are of electromagnetic type and normally off i.e the braking action occurs in the absence of power supply.

     
 

All brake assemblies are protected against corrosion by painting or plating. The parts most subject to wear are specially treated to ensure they become wear resistant.

     
 

The standard supply voltage to the brake is 230V for motors up to 2.2KW and 415V for motors of rating 3.7KW and above.
