  KW - 0.06 KW to 9.3KW.
     
  Supply Volts – 230V/415V +/-10%, Delta/Star for motors up to 2.2KW and 415V/720V Delta/Star for motors of rating 3.7KW and above. Please refer to us for other supply voltage and variations.
     
  Frequency – 50HZ+/-5%. Please refer to us for other frequencies.
     
  Mounting - B3, B5, B3B5, B14.
     
  Insulation - Class ‘F’ limited to Class’B’ rise. Class ‘H’ can be offered as optional.
     
  Ambient - Minus 20 deg C to 45 deg C. Motors can also be offered for Minus 40 deg C to 50 deg C.
     
  Efficiency - Exceeds the Eff2 levels mentioned in IS:12615. Eff1 motors under development.
     
  Protection - IP 55 as standard. IP56, IP65 can be offered as optional.
     
  Dutry - Motors are offered for S1 Duty, continuous rating. For duties other than S1 please refer to us.
     
  Humidity - Motors are suitable for operating in conditions of relative humidity between 30% to 95% (without condensation).
     
  Altitude – upto 1000M.
     
  CE Marking – All motors are with CE Marking.
     
  Standards – Referred standards are IS:325(Performance), IS:1231(Dimensions of Foot Mounting), IS:2223(Dimensions of flange Mounting), IS:12615(Efficiency), IS:12065(Noise) and IS:12075(Vibration).
     
 
 
 
  TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
 
 
  Motors are offered in pressure die casting aluminum alloy for better heat dissipation and lower weight.
     
 

Motors can be offered for multiple voltage 230V/400V, 400/690V,415/720V, 460V and 480V and multi-frequency 50/60Hz.

     
 

The winding is Vacuum Pressure impregnated with F class insulating enamel to ensure high resistance to electrical, thermal and mechanical stress.
The phases are further isolated by another layer of Nomex film to protect the motors from the voltage peaks that usually occur when the motor is controlled by an inverter.

     
 

Motors are provided with C3 clearance shielded bearings to ensure low noise and higher reliability.

     
 
The rotor is dynamically balanced according to IS:12075, IEC 34-14 and ISO 9921 norms.
     
  Motors are provided with Pull resistant cable glands, V Rings and oil seals for maximum protection. The cable gland can be easily moved on both the sides of the terminal box.
     
 

The terminal box can be rotated through 360° in steps of 90°.

     
 

From frame 90, a steel insert is provided in the bearing seat on both the aluminum end shields to resist to radial mechanical forces.

     
 

Superior Efficiency and Performance is achieved by the FeV magnetic lamination sheets adoption, instead of the usual normal FeP01. FeV lamination sheets provide higher efficiency, lower heating, energy saving and longer life to insulation materials.

     
 

To protect against corrosion and rust, motors are painted with RAL 9006 silver colour.

     
  Due to detachable feet arrangement the terminal box orientation can be on top, right or left looking from drive end.
   
 

The flexible design ensures conversion of foot mounted motors to flange mount and vice-versa.
